Check-In starts from 2 PM until 7 PM.
After the reservation has been made a detailed confirmation email will be sent to the costumer within 24 hours. The Customer shall then inform Tlv2go through email or telephone of his expected arrival time.
It is possible to check-in either earlier or later than the above mentioned hours with early coordination with Tlv2go. Late check-in shall be informed in advance and a key will be left in a secure area and instructions how to enter the apartment will be provided via email or telephone. In any event, a Tlv2go representative will be available 24/7 to help and assist.
Check-out time is 10 AM.
It is possible to check-out either earlier or later than the above mentioned hours with early coordination with Tlv2go.
In case of early check-out, the Customer shall inform Tlv2go in advance and a representative will arrange an early check-out in order to return the security deposit, collect the key and settle all expenses between the parties.
The full remainder of the payment will be paid during the check-in process.
Payment shall be made in (cash only) / (cash or credit)
Payment could be made in cash, in NIS, USD or Euro's according to the updated daily currency and Tlv2go's policy.
Payment with credit card shall be charged in NIS according to the updated daily currency at the moment of payment and will bear a service fee in the amount of 2.5%. In any event, the credit card information will be kept as a deposit for any breach of the Rental Agreement by the Customer.
The Customer shall present both his credit card which was used during the booking request and a form of identification. The owner of the credit card shall be present during check-in and it is not possible to show a different person's credit card and/or identification.
Non Smoking Apartment / Smoking is only allowed outside in the patio
The price includes everything (Wi-Fi, Cable TV, Gas, water, city taxes, etc. except electricity. Electricity bill will be charged according to usage, the meter will be checked at check in and at check out, and the bill will be calculated according to 0.65 NIS per kilowatt (On average Around 15$ per week).
